  1. This is between you (the Creator) and ArtemisWorx LLC (Roteiro Solo). It’s a non-exclusive collaboration; you are an independent party, not an employee.
  2. We give you complimentary access to build Solo travel apps, and a personal code that gives your audience 50% off their first Solo app.
  3. If you post content featuring Solo, you’ll clearly disclose the relationship (e.g. #ad or “Solo partner”) as the FTC requires.
  4. You grant ArtemisWorx a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to re-share and reuse your Solo-related content on our channels and ads, with credit to you.
  5. You’ll represent Solo honestly — no false claims — and follow each platform’s rules.
  6. Your code is for your audience; please don’t post it to coupon/deal-aggregator sites. We may deactivate codes or access at any time.
  7. No guaranteed earnings; no compensation beyond what’s stated here unless agreed separately in writing.
  8. Either side can end this at any time. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
  9. Typing your full name and checking the box below is your electronic signature; we store it with the date.
